You’ve been with me for over one month now, and I will share a section of my book In and Out of Darkness with you today. Just My Thoughts is one of my favorite sections from the book, so here we go.

Why is it a right for any unqualified person(s) to create a child regardless of showing proof that they can even do for themselves?

Why do people have a problem with the earlier question but do not question that 100% of people are expected to have a driver’s license after passing a test to drive a motor vehicle?

Out of curiosity, why do we not have mandatory DNA testing at every pregnancy?

Why aren’t people audited or needed to prove that what they get from a partner or from tax dollars go towards the child’s wellbeing?

It’s amazing how so many choose to believe the lies of silence, because some don’t want the growth; verses the uncomfortable truth for awareness, from family, friends, or associates; all to blend in with the masses.

Why do you believe the government says it’s illegal for a person to take their own life? So, there is no choice at birth and no choice at checkout.

How was it possible to say I’m sorry and pay reparations to every other grieved group throughout Americas’ conflicted history but the firm refusal to make amends towards the Black community?

Do you think broke people would still have kids if everyone stopped supporting their give me free stuff baby shower?

What if the government gave tax breaks for people who did not stress the balance sheet with multiple kids regardless of income or the ability to take care of them? Then, instead, they gave tax breaks to people without kids.

Why isn’t it mandatory for every single high school-aged person to take a childcare class? It would offer valuable life skills; if not just to scare off some from making a choice to create a child before they leave childhood themselves. Also, creating a more affordable daycare system is opposed to the current prices that many can’t afford today.

Some people are like exhaled air. At one point, it is vital in our lives. But the more we try to inhale them, the more harmful and / or toxic they become.

Why do many people spend so much time at the grocery store sorting through suspect cartons of eggs; yet, have no problems birthing plenty of suspect eggs, then lying to society calling them perfect omelets?

Would there be as many school shootings in America if more collaborating parents were held as accessories to the horrendous crimes they’ve helped create with the blind eye?

I’ve known men who have shown a revolving door of women in front of their own daughters who were treated simply as pieces of meat for the moment. Do you believe their kids thought that’s what my father likes, so they should be a piece of meat also?

I know of women who have specifically stated they are raising their kids in a yes household for freedom of choice. They are also the very same women that made statements that “all men are dogs or bad or sexist.” Do you see a correlation?

What if every drinking establishment that has taken advantage of over-serving a person, forced to pay for half of the DUI?

Real friends tell the painful truth. Real friends want your personal growth. Real friends hold us accountable.

Can yo imagine how many more people would be safe with memories intact if families were held as accessories to their son’s being accomplished rapist?

There is a significant difference between being sexy and looking sexual, and neither one belongs in the professional workplace.

Think about how many people remained safe during the Covid shutdown because they couldn’t rape anyone on college or university campuses. It’s ghastly just how much privilege buys silence or passes of accountability.

Have you ever played the game of Monopoly? Can you imagine having to play at least 500 rounds before being to collect pay or partake in purchasing property or being allowed to be educated? All the while expected to carry oneself at a higher level of accountability than any other person with the privilege of said 500-year head start. That’s an example of the Black American experience.
