Not everyone who possesses knowledge uses it intelligently. Not everyone who passes the test understands how to work to resolve the problems/issues. Possessing a highly regarded title/position does not mean anyone should blindly follow said person. This especially applies to many who are in positions of power. e.g. many government officials. Here lies the misconception of intelligence.
There is an origin to why the U.S. is in such dire straits when it comes down to its fiscal policies and world leading debts. At one time, it was considered a world leader in education, back in the 1940s to the 1970s. This period had significant investments in public education and scientific advancements. Yet again, due to its ignorance towards equality of the created racial groups, the U.S. fell on its sword of hypocrisy. By the 1980s, the U.S. started falling behind in global education rankings due to declining public school funding in many states. Educational inequality affecting Black, Latino, and low–income communities. And lower math and science scores compared to countries like Finland, South Korea, and Singapore.
Since many in the U.S. like to consider some people with an accumulation of wealth as models for society, let’s go to an original seed of influence. John D Rockefeller, who played a significant role in the shaping of the U.S. education/work/medical/prison system. The seed, “I want a nation of workers, not a nation of thinkers.“ I will say he was extremely successful in this adventure, but I’ll let you think for yourself if you choose to. Rockefeller made a 1:1 model, school vs. work and based it on a work day at the factory. The 7-3, 8-4, 9-5 for your standard 8 hour shift; and only learning things that make you a better employee. But hey, who needs critical thinkers, right?
Here’s the recipe, teach the masses: Basic Math, Basic Reading with Basic Writing, His–Story, How to Stay in Line, and how to follow Orders. This is what a “good“ employee should know. However, it was insisted on neglecting what’s considered negative traits: Teamwork means cheating. Critical Thinking (how dare you think for yourself). Outside the Box problem solving. Money Management. Investing. Leadership. Sales. Communication. Tax Strategies. The Laws that Govern. Basically, the things that can create success in the real world; or how about freedom.
The hilarious thing is this is the exact opposite of what Rockefeller taught his own family and circle. His plan for freedom was ensuring his family understood the following: Estate Planning, Tax Strategy, Trusts, Insurance, Annuities, Financial Literacy, and Privatized Banking. Note that the very things he explicitly taught those he cares about tend to be some of the worst human beings on the planet. Those mentioned tend to be the most despicable of abusing the publics lack of knowledge in said fields; all while recording record profits to screw over the masses of trusting clients, then going home to their families with amnesia of their participation in the barbaric ignorance.
You don’t feel an ounce of anger that we’ve all paid into the lie of the Constitution and Bill of Rights? Specifically for the Black and Brown, also including the lower income communities. The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution to address concerns that the federal government might become too powerful. It seems that the endeavor has clearly failed because the U.S. government runs unchecked and lives a complete separate existence from those they trample over while stealing our tax monies and living like Kings and Queens. At the same time, I am running what used to be a financially sound business “America” to a global joke of an unprecedented debt holder; who has the audacity to place judgments on any citizen or any other country. Well at least the Black community shouldn’t be shocked with the country that never accepted them a humans, since none of the laws were created with them in mind, but created for them to stay as is.
In conclusion, elected officials in the U.S. generally live far more comfortably than the people they govern, earning significantly higher salaries, accumulating more wealth, and enjoying better job security with benefits. Do you truly believe they feel your pain or understand your plight? They take your votes by lying to you just the way you like it; then they rub their lies and thefts in front of your face; but too many of us refuse to believe what we are seeing/experiencing. These individuals live an existence completely opposite of how they expect all of us to live, including not being held accountable to a single law unless they piss off one of their cohorts. So why, with all the information available, do we continue to blindly follow the corrupted? Why is it only the poorest that gets audited? The Black, Brown, or foreign community has not had the power nor desire to hurt you. Yet those that claim to represent you have done everything they’ve blamed other countries and people of doing. Including setting up atrocities to keep many Americans in a steady state of fear. Let’s fight this fight together, demanding transparency along with the equality of humanity.
