What if The Judicial System Was Blind?

Can you imagine the country we live in if the system worked like the meaningless words currently revered on paper by some were true? If the names, gender, ethnicity, social network, and family’s worth were not included on the transcripts; and decisions were based on the evidence only. The paid jury is only given the actions/events of the involved parties.

Who would have a problem with this implementation if you know it’s been used as a weapon?

Why do so many Americans arrogantly believe this country should be the world’s standard? When do you believe America has stood as a symbol of humanity or Christianity unless you believe like me both have stood for theft, pain, and chains?

    it’s hard to imagine that based on history, but gotta start the conversation , good job getting it started!

      Indeed, the only problem is a handful of states in the U.S. has already made it illegal to speak on many topics of actions/truths.

        I hear you, and a good part of that is even though there’s multiple levels within our society there’s so many people that benefit from said injustices and lacking accountability.

    Do you believe America could ever function without the implicit biases this country has based itself on? I believe the US has protected and defended their actions for so long I find even the most “liberal” people cannot fathom an America in which biases, bigotry and inequality are not the forefront of every decision made here. I think people have “settled” into this idea of these issues are bigger than me therefore not worth speaking about but conversations HAVE to be had. This website and book are powerful tools to start these very necessary and long overlooked conversations about the state of our society.

      Your words are seeds of possibilities, and yes I believe the country could run with equality; unfortunately, I believe the families that control it and the handful that benefit can’t fathom loosing an inch of the hoarding that fills what seems to be a bottomless pit of greed and fear.

    It damn near wouldn’t be America.

    Without the protection that century long blanketed lies provide, accountability for the cities, the business and the generations of lives lost would change the dynamic of millions of lives. Students learning why their grandparents are fearful of racial history being taught, trust fund babies learning that their great grandparents wealth came from the denial of rights to Black Americans, and so much more would bring forward the true lack of greatness many people think they carry.

      It would not be America! America’s foundation is that of corruption, lies, theft, Murder, and capitalism!
