A Love For Fear

Warning for those sensitive to an honest conversation….keep reading. I find that as a solid generalization, many white people are so bored with having unlimited privilege for so long they look for ways to end their lives excitingly. Think about it, there’s billions of dollars made annually just from entertaining/inducing white fear. Do we honestly think it’s simply a cliche that so many movies and television shows routinely have them aimlessly going towards the creepy noise or the eyes coming from the shadows. The endless array of death-defying rollercoasters that people literally pay for the photos of themselves looking like they self-urinated; then put that crazy pic on the living room counter or refrigerator for all to see.

The majestical invention of the airplane saved months of weary travel from our dangerous and vast oceans. Many people have a healthy fear of flying since it’s not something we were meant to do as a species. However, when white-boredom comes to play, someone thought I would pay top dollar to jump out of this airplane to risk at minimum those knees or maximum a life. Or paragliding, free climbing, parkour over bridges or sky scrapers.. Oh, hold on, let’s shoot an arrow into the sky and see if it lands in any of us. A modern one, people dying while taking selfies over cliffs. (bye-bye) Before any of the Boomer generation claims how crazy things are. They started creating these crazy acting humans with the drug crazed 60’s and 70’s. Then they thought it would be the bravest thing to play chicken, racing two perfectly good cars towards each other and hoping you’re the last one to move out the way.

Back to the previous picture, I fully enjoyed the ignorant narrative that, “Oh my Lord, there was another shark attack!” News flash, animals don’t attack in their homes, they defend them, or have curiosity of what someone delivered to their dining room. There’s another tragic death of a diver, nope! That diver went to depths below a humans lung capacity to commit suicide. Just like the idiots that believe lions, tigers, and bears were created to be pets. Then expecting sympathy once they lose a limb out of curiosity’s sake. Let’s not give any passes to the crazed fools that use venomous snakes, scorpions, including spiders as pets or for “religious” purposes.

Out of the handful of things mentioned in this conversation, there’s one section not explored enough. The unlimited fear of many white people imaginations. For a group of humans that have pillaged their way across the globe terrorizing civilization after civilization, they have the nerve to call any human anywhere a criminal, thug or terrorists. All while acting so innocent yet so tough. I can assure you that a worldly fear for many across the globe is a bored white person. What does seem to be white fear is a successful minority, especially one that has survived the white experience.

One notion that I’ve constantly struggled with is what I believe to be the biggest white fear. The accountability of what has been previously stolen by them; including, the inhuman acts that have been distributed by them. For example, America has 100% of its laws created as the world’s smoothest criminal to protect what they’ve stolen. Including creating jobs for life to preserve said inhumanity (Supreme Court). Some scholars might call that a dictatorship. The KKK, WKKK (women), who directly have controlled the books, media, and what’s taught in the American school system. Basically, for countless generations, racism and hate have been breastfed into the present. Side note, what in the world are the “Proud Boys” proud of? So celebrate that no one, steals, rapes, murders, or lies like there people have done?

I have suggestions for unlocking the ultimate fear ride. Publicly state out loud your crimes against humanity. Admit that you would never want the same things experienced by the Black community to happen to you and yours. Point out how many rapists are in your family or friends circle. Turn in the countless women who have falsely accused Blacks of crimes. Turn in the fathers that have been sexual with their own children. Turn in your cousins who have been sleeping with animals. Turn in the tens of thousands of clergy that have been raping young boys for decades. Stop picking on the defenseless elderly population, women, and defenseless-children. Walk through the devastated communities that have been Redlined and striped of resources that your people call ghettos. Stop talking so much trash, all while having an arsenal of weapons at your disposal; all while calling yourself a man or a woman. Have an actual conversation with a grown Black man without threatening him with corrupt calls to 911. (A gun/weapon doesn’t make you a tough or brave person.) It’s a cowardly approach when one knows they can’t physically match up with who’s been oppressed. Tell the world what you, your friends, and your family have done, then I’ll call that brave and unlock the Love For Fear. Until then, I see mostly cowards hiding behind the stolen privilege.

Among many others, I think you made a great point about the present fear or straight refusal to acknowledge the harm, damage and torture they and their counterparts partake in due to the fact it would make them ineligible for the blanket of protection and public good grace they’re born with. You can only run so long.

I appreciate you taking the time to be apart of the conversation. Yes, I agree with your statement, “you can only run so long.” The funny thing is so many claim to have a biblical background, yet refuse to heed their own knowledge. Confessing one’s miss deeds, can free the soul. None of us can expect the gifts of our imaginations if we can’t start by being honest with ourselves.
